At Clarity, we have a team of clinical psychologist and professional counsellors who will access and provide counselling services to help clients to manage the symptoms and effects of their mental and emotional issues.
Our professional staff are trained to use different approaches – cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), choice theory and reality therapy (CTRT), schema therapy, existential psychotherapy or a combination of these to help clients develop and understand their feelings. With the help of therapy and caring relationship between our therapist and clients, our clients will be better equipped to cope with their situations in a more adaptive way.

Initially when I came for counselling, I was quite distressed and unaware of how to help myself but after several sessions, I was able to learn to / advised to cope well with my anxiety / depression and have more control over my life and situations.
