Mental health workshop for youths

Do you find it hard to fall asleep or find yourself waking up several times throughout the night? Do you experience irritability, low mood levels and difficulty focusing during the day? If you find yourself agreeing with the above statements, it is a likely possibility that you are having some difficulties sleeping.
SpaceBAH aims to help youths with mental health needs between 18 and 30 years old enhance their mental well-being by making an improvement through various aspects of sleep. It is a 2-hr workshop over 3 consecutive Saturdays. If you experience any sleep difficulties or simply would just like to improve your sleep quality, join us as we embark on SpaceBAH – an exploration mission to find out all about sleep and how you can make lasting changes to your sleeping habits.
