Mandarin Workshop on 13 Apr 2019

Together with Hai Sing Pao, we are bringing to you our first Mandarin workshop in 2019! 

This workshop entitled “Love your neighbour as yourself” – this commandment is not unfamiliar to us. Often, we talk about how to love others more but in the process of loving others, have we neglected to love ourselves through caring for our well-being? How do we find the balance between loving others and loving ourselves? How do we care for our own well-being? The session aims to look deeper into our understanding of mental wellness, self-care as well as how we can care for ourselves in our daily lives so as to create a foundation for loving others even more.

The YES Better & Happier programme is designed to engage youths with mental health needs in different activities to achieve mental wellness. This programme aims to empower the participants to form a safe and resilient community.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Training

According to the Singapore Mental Health Study released on December 11 2018, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is one of the most common mental health disorders in Singapore. If you are interested in a training on how to provide support for persons diagnosed with OCD, Dr Elna Yadin will be sharing more during her trainings targeted for caregivers and service providers.

Mindhealth, an online Mental Health Tool (New!)

We are excited to introduce Singapore’s first online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based programme called Mindhealth@claritysg!

This programme offers individualised therapeutic learning with professional therapist feedbacks. Through MindHealth, we hope to provide the community with an alternative self-help avenue for people struggling with mood disorders and also increase the availability of therapeutic mental health resources.
